Patty Brard in Privé, 100%NL Magazine and Weekend

This week, Patty Brard appears in two Dutch publications:

* The celebrity gossip magazine Privé:

The SBS6 star imagined that the release party for her biography on her 65th birthday would have been different. But the festivities were cancelled (see news posted on March 14th, 2020). Instead of a party at the Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam with friends and fans, she gave interviews to the media in her Spanish finca in Ibiza where she had been on lockdown since mid-March (see news posted on March 25th, 2020). "I was worried about the way I looked. How would I hide my grey hair roots and my nails which had not been manicured? I looked horrible," the diva told.

100%NL Magazine:

The ex-Luv' singer recently celebrated her 65th birthday and currently enjoys a renaissance. She discussed her book that she considered as a portrait.  "I don't feel I'm 65 and I feel younger in my mind. I'm happy that I can use my brains effectively and that I'm healthy and in good shape," Patty said. In late 2019, she hosted "Dancing On Ice" on SBS6 and then she was looking for eternal youth for a travel program with Gordon. Even if it was not always easy for her. "Sometimes it's hard to smile on television - that's show business - there are some tensions behind the scenes," the diva explained. The larger than life entertainer has found her second youth. "I've started to care about my health at the right time. I partied a lot. But I've never been addicted to anything. I haven't drunk alcohol for two and a half years," Patty added.

Moreover, a recent article about celebrities having family feuds was published in Weekend magazine. It included Patty's problems with her parents and her sister. Fortunately, before her lockdown in Ibiza, Patty and her mother buried the hatchet.
