On December 19th, Luv's tour manager, David Hay Gibson posted a message on José Hoebee's personal Facebook page:
Dear Facebook friends. Because José needs more rest, her Facebook page will be put offline for a while. It means that she cannot be contacted by her messenger box. Everyday José receives a lot of kind and nice messages. She is very thankful for that but she has decided to take time out for several weeks. The first medical exams are good but other tests are scheduled for January. José's health is currently her priority. On behalf of José, I want to wish everybody Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!! One day later, this message was also posted on José Hoebee's Fan Page and the Official Luv' Page on Facebook.
In September, Luv' announced the interruption of their activities due to José's burnout combined with mysterious physical pains (see news posted on September 15th, 2019). The singer underwent several medical exams. The Dutch tabloid press made her situation worse with sensationalist headlines. Moreover, fans and naysayers overreacted on Facebook, the only social network used by José. That's why it was decided that she had to take time out from it for a while in order to rest better.
Hopefully, in 2020, the songstress will be back for good with Marga and Chimène!!!
