Yesterday, BNNVARA/NPO 1's game show Sterke Verhalen (featuring Patty Brard) drew 1.107.000 viewers (market share: 18.3%). The program is based on BBC One's Would I Lie to You? and is hosted by Sanne Wallis de Vries with Peter Pannekoek and Richard Groenendijk as team captains. Patty played in Richard's team with Igmar Felicia. Frank Evenblij and Emilio Guzman were part of Peter's team.
The teams of celebrities competed as each player reveal unusual facts and embarrassing personal tales for the evaluation of the opposing team. Some of these are true; some are not, and it is the panelists’ task to decide which is which.
Patty told a story about her interview with David Bowie in 1987 on "Bingo", a music chart program on BRT in Belgium (see news posted on January 17th, 2016).
