On March 9th, SBS 6 aired a special broadcast of the entertainment news program "Shownieuws" to celebrate its 15th anniversary. Between 2007 and 2017, Patty Brard was involved in this program (see news posted on September 1st, 2017).
The special broadcast of Shownieuws drew 487.000 viewers (market share: 13.5%) and featured the best moments of the show from the past 15 years (including Patty's interview with Ruud Schepers about his relationship with the former Mayor of Maastricht Onno Hoes - see article posted on December 16th, 2013).
In addition to these unique moments, the most memorable showbiz weddings were also shown. Among them was Bonnie St. Claire's and Anne-Jan Jongebloed's wedding ceremony (including José Hoebee as a witness) which aired live on "Shownieuws" in December 2004.
