Patty Brard's book suffers a big sales drop once again.

The tell-all book entitled "Patty: de negen levens van Patty Brard" (written by Michel van Egmond and Antoinnette Scheulderman) has spent eight weeks on the Dutch bestseller lists.

The biography, which came out on March 25th (on Patty's 65th birthday), spent 3 weeks on the Top 5. In its fourth week, it experienced a drop in sales (see news on April 23rd, 2020).

The three following weeks, it went through a slow decrease in sales.

This week, the sensationalist publication has crashed to #55 on De Bestseller 60 (a list by the Collectieve Propaganda van het Nederlandse Boek ("Collective Promotion for the Dutch Book") representing Dutch bookstores and publishers).

Here are the current positions on the other bestseller lists: #6 on the AKO Boeken top 100, #26 on The Read Shop Top 50, #42 on Paagman.nl, #31 on the Bruna Top 100 and #17 on Amazon.nl (Bestsellers in E-books biografieën & memoires).

Excerpts from the book have been published in the press to keep it hot. Columnists and celebrities have discussed it as well. Earlier today, an article related to the bio has been posted on Mediacourant.nl: it deals with Patty's tensions with her former 6 Inside colleague Albert Verlinde
