What happened in Luv' land in 2019?

  • Luv' continued to tour the nostalgia circuit in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Between January and March, eight vlogs showing Luv' behind the scenes were posted on YouTube.
  • In May, the trio went to Miami, Fl to record a new Latin pop-reggaeton single "With Him Tonight". They also took part in photoshoots and TV interviews on local Spanish speaking channels.
  • On June 30th,  the ladies performed their new single during their fan club meeting in Best, Netherlands.
  • On July 4th, With Him Tonight was released via the major online platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Amazon and Apple Music).
  • On July 9th, With Him Tonight entered the iTunes Dutch Top 200 at #54. Four days later, the single disappeared from this chart.
  • Luv's albums "True Luv" (1979) and "Forever Yours" (1980), the "Goodbye Luv" compilation (1981) as well as singles initially released between 1979 and 1981 became available on Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music
  • In late August, Luv' decided to cancel their live performances due to José Hoebee's illness and burnout.
  • In mid-September, Luv' announced via their official fan page on Facebook that all their activities were interrupted until early 2020 due to José's situation.
