Today's edition of Holland's most-read newspaper De Telegraaf features an interview with Patty Brard in its "Privé" section. Tonight, Patty's latest TV program "Zo Goed Als Nieuw" will air at 9.30 on SBS 6. It has many similarities to Humberto Tan's TV show "The Repair Shop" on RTL 4.
The diva told that earlier this year she met Dutch media tycoon John de Mol (who owns Talpa TV) in Thailand by chance. At that time, she was in negotiation with RTL for the future of her career. This coincidental meeting facilitated the signature of a 4-year contract with Talpa TV (which owns SBS 6, Net 5, Veronica and SBS 9) - see article posted on March 22nd, 2019.
