Yesterday, José Hoebee enjoyed a good lunch at "Plan B", an Indonesian restaurant in Delft, NL. Some of her friends were present too: ex-singers of 1970's pop band "Champagne" Paulette Groenewold-Bronkhorst and Trudy van Poll-schell as well as media personality Tineke de Nooij.

Paulette and Trudy teamed up with Bert van der Wiel and Jan Vredenburg to be part of "Champagne", a pop band which scored several hits on the charts in the Netherlands and the neighbouring countries (Rock and Roll Star (1976), Oh Me Oh My, Goodbye (1977), Valentino (1977), Light Up My Eyes (1978)....). In 1977, the group won the Conamus Export Prize for being the best Dutch recording act abroad. Luv' received the same award two years later.
