Earlier today, Luv' were interviewed by Tineke de Nooij on her program "TinekeShow" on NPO Radio 5. Marga Scheide confirmed that new live shows would start in July and that they would be performing in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. She added that there were concert dates until 2017 and that a new Facebook pagina would soon be online.
When asked how it was like to be part of Luv' again, Ria Thielsch said it was nice and fun. She told that she had always been in touch with the ladies and met them in parties. She appreciated the fact that they were intimate again and could decide things directly (which was not the case in 1980).
Tineke said that problems within a pop group often come from producers and managers. Marga immediately put the record straight by telling that in Luv's context things it relatively well. During their heyday in the late 1970s, the girls and their entourage were not prepared for their instant and huge success. But now they are experienced.
José Hoebee told that she was in a phase of her life where she only wanted to do things she enjoyed. That's why she accepted to make this comeback.
Luv' are supposed to record a new repertoire with top latino producer Juan Cristobal Losada (who worked previously Shakira, José Feliciano, Ricky Martin, Julio and Enrique Iglesias). Marga explained that they had been in touch via an intermediary and that Juan really wanted to write new songs for them. But this project has to be finalized.
