Patricia Paay was supposed to take part in a new TV series with Patty Brard (see news posted on October 2013) but at the very last moment she gave up. She seems to be fed up with the Dutch show business after a recent joke of Gerard Joling on stage. Joling declared that "it was harder to put the Maywood sisters together than Patricia's legs". La Paay was furious and sent a SMS to Patty in which she expressed her despair and told she cancelled her participation in the series.
