The diva discussed shocking news: earlier this week, Edwin Spee revealed on Instagram he had a new girlfriend, only six months after his wife, Dutch athlete Bibian Mentel died of cancer. He wrote: "Dear Bieb, what you wanted so badly and which I never believed in, has happened. Out of the blue, Mandy came into my life a few weeks ago".
Patty reacted to Edwin's announcement. "Very remarkable. We wish them good luck. It seems as if Bibian sent her to him, that all her friends also like her and that the children immediately clicked with Mandy," the former Luv' singer said.
"When I first read the news, I was shocked. I think six months (after Bibian's death) is very short. I don't understand why he announced it publicly. His wife has died recently," La Brard added.
