Today, the former Luv' singer Carina Lemoine celebrates her birthday. As we say in Dutch: "Hartelijk Gefeliciteerd Met Je Verjaardag!!!"
Here are the highlights of Carina's career...
The talented singer was part of Luv' with Marga Scheide (the only original member) and Diana van Berlo between 1990 and 1992. Carina still performs as an all-around vocalist in the Netherlands.
She signed her first record deal with her parents at age 12 in 1981. Her debut single ("I Love Disco") was produced by Roy Beltman who worked with Bonnie St Claire and BZN.

In the summer of 1990, Marga Scheide held auditions to find the perfect replacement for Michelle Gold who left Luv'. Carina was selected from 100 applicants as a new member of the trio.
The announcement of her recruitment as a new Luv' singer coincided with the signature of a deal with RCA Records.
The renewed Luv' trio recorded a Latin pop single entitled Hasta Mañana written and produced by Marga Scheide and her partner, Jacques Zwart (aka E. Mergency). The record came out in October 1990.
