On December 31st, Marga Scheide and other Dutch celebrities (including Anita Witzier, Gerard Joling, Samantha Steenwijk, Sanne Wallis de Vries, Dolf Jansen and Sander Lantinga) appeared on New Year's Eve show "Het beste van...Oud & Nieuw" on AVROTROS/NPO 3. Timeless party hits (including Celebration by Kool & The Gang, I'm So Excited by The Pointer Sisters and Boogie Wonderland by Earth, Wind & Fire) were broadcast. Later on that evening, the AVROTROS/NPO 3 show "Het beste van... 50 jaar Toppop" included a video of Luv' performing You're the Greatest Lover on TopPop in 1978.
