Patty Brard backstage at Dancing On Ice
Yesterday, SBS6's celebrity figure skating competition "Dancing On Ice" (hosted by Winston Gerschtanowitz and Patty Brard) drew 412.000 viewers (market share: 6.9%). The program peaked at #22 on SKO's Dag Top 25 (the daily list of the 25 most popular TV shows conceived by Dutch audience measurement company Stichting KijkOnderzoek). Last week, Dancing On Ice disappeared from the Top 25 (see news posted on January 12th, 2020). These viewing figures are disappointing in comparison with the two first episodes which attracted more than 700.000 viewers.
Other prime-time shows scored better ratings:
* Wie is de Mol? on NPO 1: 2.851.000 viewers/market share: 45%
* All Together Now on RTL 4: 794.000 viewers/market share: 13.2%
* Langs De Rijn on NPO 2: 669.000 viewers/market share: 10.4%
* Blauw Bloed: 442.000 viewers/market share: 8.2%
Dutch professional snowboarder Nicolien Sauerbreij was eliminated. Tommie Christiaan, Elske DeWall, Juvat Westendorp and Donny Roelvink go through to the final. Once again, the jury (in particular Joan Haanappel) was the target of criticism on Twitter.
