Patty Brard's latest column for Weekend magazine deals with Waylon who represents the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal with his song "Outlaw in 'Em".
Patty thinks that the rehearsals for the ESC should remain private. Waylon was indeed criticized after the videos of his two rehearsals were posted on social media. "They should forbid the access to rehearsals. Let these people rehearse quietly and improve their performance," the diva wrote.
The ex-Luv' singer believes in Waylon. "The Netherlands have the strongest and the most controversial act," she added.

Waylon will participate in the second semi-final of the ESC this evening. As part of The Common Linnets alongside Ilse DeLange, he finished second in the contest four years ago.
